The 32nd edition of the Festa della Madonna del Rosario and Sagra della Castagna takes place at the historic Rocca di Pierle, offering an excellent taste of local autumn gastronomy. Covered and heated food stands will serve roasted chestnuts, typical regional dishes, grilled meats, and homemade desserts. Every evening of the festival comes alive with live music, dancing, and shows, creating a unique opportunity to rediscover the authentic flavors of autumn in a festive atmosphere.
Indulge in the rich flavors of autumn with our menu featuring hearty first courses like Porcini Mushroom pasta, Polenta with Ragu, and Tagliatelle with Ragu. For main courses, savor grilled meats, Arrosticini di Pecora (lamb skewers), Trippa al Sugo (tripe in sauce), and Fagioli con Cotiche e Salsicce (beans with pork rinds and sausages).
