Experience a vibrant community festival organized by the Parrocchia Spirito Santo in Padova. This lively event features a food stand serving regional specialties, including fresh pasta dishes like gnocchi, bigoli, and penne, along with delicious seafood options such as baccalà alla vicentina, cuttlefish, and fried fish. You'll also find various meat dishes. The festival boasts a rich program of concerts, mini-tournaments, prize drawings, and activities for children. The food stand is open daily from 7:30 PM.
Indulge in a wide array of authentic Italian flavors at the food stand. Savor classic pasta dishes like gnocchi and bigoli with rich ragù, or try penne all'amatriciana. Seafood lovers will enjoy penne with peas, cuttlefish, and calamari, or spaghetti alla pescatora. Don't miss the traditional baccalà alla vicentina, fried fish, or stewed cuttlefish. Meat options include grilled steak, fried chicken, and a unique horse stew. There are also simple spaghetti with tomato and oil, and a special children's plate available.
The festival kicks off with the food stand opening every day at 7:30 PM on Friday, September 11th; Saturday, September 12th; and Sunday, September 13th. On Sunday, September 13th, there will also be a mini-soccer tournament. Enjoy a concert with THE LORDS on Thursday, September 17th. The food stand reopens on Friday, September 18th, and Saturday, September 19th, at 7:30 PM. On Sunday, September 20th, at 5:30 PM, there's a concert featuring the JUVENES, P. LEOPOLDO, and S. CECILIA Choirs in the Church. The food stand opens again at 7:30 PM on Sunday, September 20th, which also features a prize drawing, children's rides, and mini-tennis tournaments. Throughout the entire event, a bar will be open and used books will be available for sale.
