The Festa del Salame di Cremona returns to the historic city center from October 9th to 11th, 2026, for three days dedicated to one of the most iconic products of Italian culinary tradition. Producers and affineurs from all over Italy will animate the streets with stands offering tastings and sales of cured meats, accompanied by guided tastings, cooking shows, gastronomic challenges, entertainment, and workshops for children.
