The 21st edition of the Festa del Prosciutto di Carpegna offers guided tours of the Carpegna Prosciutti factory, complete with tasting experiences. This is a unique opportunity to discover the authentic flavors of the region and learn about the traditions behind the production of this DOP-certified prosciutto. The event includes tastings at Palaeventi and Giardino delle Eccellenze.

Join us for guided tours and tastings! On Saturday, July 18, 2026, tours depart at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM. On Sunday, July 19, 2026, tours are available at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, and 12:30 PM. The 'Prosciuttificio Tour + Tasting Experience' costs €12 for morning sessions (tasting at Palaeventi) and €15 for afternoon sessions (tasting at Giardino delle Eccellenze). Children under 6 years old are FREE, and those aged 6 to 18 receive a reduced price of €6. All tours depart from Piazza Conti, with shuttle bus transportation provided to the factory.
