The Fish and Our Waters Festival returns to Cimadolmo for its 39th edition, offering two weekends dedicated to delicious fish cuisine, live music, and lively conviviality. The main attraction is the food stand, serving up fish specialties and themed evenings, including Valencian paella, seared tuna steak, and a traditional closing lunch featuring a grilled seafood feast. The event also includes art exhibitions, live music, a Sports Festival, and other engaging activities.
Indulge in a wide array of fresh fish specialties, from traditional local recipes to exciting themed dishes. Highlights include a special Valencian Paella night, a delicious seared tuna steak evening, and a grand closing lunch with a mixed grilled seafood platter.
