The undisputed star is the traditional Piacenza cotechino, a flavorful pork sausage served steaming hot with mashed potatoes or lentils. You'll also find other local specialties and typical wines. Every evening, food stands and musical entertainment guarantee fun for everyone.
Indulge in the rich flavors of Piacenza with traditional first courses and typical cured meats from Val Nure. Savor grilled meats and, of course, the star of the show: the traditional hot Cotechino sausage, perfectly paired with creamy mashed potatoes or hearty lentils.
