From August 31st to September 6th, the heart of Pienza comes alive with the Festa del Cacio, an event rich in tradition, flavors, and passion. The festival kicks off on September 2nd with a Briscola Tournament at 9:00 PM at Logge del Palazzo Comunale. The official inauguration of the 64th Edition takes place on September 3rd at 6:00 PM in Piazza Pio II, followed by the Cena delle Contrade at 8:00 PM and a DJ Set - Déjà Vu On Tour at 9:00 PM, both also in Piazza Pio II. On September 5th and 6th, explore the Fiera del Cacio, featuring tasting and sales stalls throughout the historic city center.
