The 13th edition of the Festa del Cacciatore celebrates wild game dishes with specialties like tagliatelle, tortelli, and grilled meats featuring wild boar (cinghiale) and roe deer (capriolo). Enjoy two days of authentic Tuscan gastronomy in the Colline Metallifere, enhanced by a night trek, tournaments, and lively dance evenings. The Parco Comunale 'Il Poggiolo' opens at 7:00 PM on Saturday and for lunch on Sunday.
Indulge in a variety of traditional Tuscan flavors, including rich pasta dishes like tagliatelle with wild boar sauce and tortelli filled with either wild boar or roe deer. For main courses, savor succulent grilled meats, slow-cooked wild boar stew (cinghiale in umido), and hearty polenta. A selection of mixed cold cuts is also available.
