On Saturday, October 17th, and Sunday, October 18th, 2026, the local Pro Loco invites you to Palaminerbe for a culinary celebration. Indulge in a menu featuring traditional boiled meats served with pearà sauce, local risotto, hearty lasagna, roast beef, and delicious apple cake. Each evening, the food stands open at 7:30 PM, followed by lively ballroom dancing.
Savor a delightful array of Italian comfort food, including the star of the show: Bollito Misto, a selection of slow-cooked boiled meats served with the rich, peppery pearà sauce. Other highlights include creamy Risotto alla Minerbese, savory Lasagne with duck ragù or sausage, tender Roast Beef, and a refreshing cold plate.
