Four days dedicated to the delicious flavors of the Piana del Sele region, with a special focus on buffalo products and traditional Campanian dairy specialties. Enjoy tastings of authentic Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, fusilli pasta with provola cheese, buffalo salami, 'melanzane a funghetto' (a local eggplant dish), and many other regional delicacies. The festival features a rich program of live entertainment, fashion shows, and music. Food stands open at 7:30 PM.
Indulge in a variety of buffalo-based delights, from fresh and smoked 'Bocconcini' and 'Ciliegine' (small mozzarella balls) to the classic Mozzarella di Bufala Campana. Savor traditional appetizers like Fresella Caprese and Ricottine, and main courses such as Fusilli with Provola and flavorful Salame di Bufala. Don't miss the 'Melanzane a Funghetto' side dish and a selection of local dairy products, all paired perfectly with regional Vino Paesano.
The festival kicks off on Friday, August 7th, with a performance by comedian Simone Schettino at 7:30 PM. On Saturday, August 8th, enjoy another comedy show with Alessandro Bolide, also starting at 7:30 PM. Sunday, August 9th, features 'Moda Sotto le Stelle' (Fashion Under the Stars) at 7:30 PM, organized by G.M., WE DO SPET, and Miss a New Star Italia – an event for children aged 5-12 and young women aged 13-26. The festival concludes on Monday, August 10th, with Mimmo Del Core in Concerto, performing a tribute to Nino D'Angelo, starting at 7:30 PM.
