The 31st edition of the Festa del Bo' is a culinary festival dedicated to beef, held in Cervarese Santa Croce. Indulge in specialties like 'Bo' allo spiedo' (beef cooked on a spit overnight), 'Bo' al tegame' (pan-cooked beef), slow-cooked marinated beef, oven-baked beef, and tender beef fillet.
