Get ready for the 31st edition of Festa del Bo', a fantastic food festival in Cervarese Santa Croce dedicated to all things beef! You'll find incredible specialties like "Bo' allo spiedo" (beef cooked on a spit overnight), "Bo' al tegame" (pan-cooked beef), slow-cooked marinated beef, oven-baked beef, and tender beef fillet. To go with it, enjoy homemade egg pasta with rich sauces, bigoli, and strozzapreti. Don't miss the special preparation of "Bo' allo spiedo" starting Saturday, September 5th at 4:30 PM, with the beef cooking on a visible spit throughout the night. On Sunday, September 6th, you can enjoy the delicious "Bo' allo spiedo" for lunch.
