From July 2nd to 5th, Piancastagnaio hosts the 17th edition of the Festa dei Pici e dei Lumacci, a celebration of authentic Tuscan flavors. Enjoy handmade pici pasta and 'lumache in umido alla Voltaiese' (snails stewed in the local Voltaiese style), alongside other regional delights like cured meats, cheeses, and grilled meats. All dishes are perfectly paired with excellent local wine. Tables will be set up in Piazza Gabriello Picconi, with evenings filled with sports, music, and other engaging activities.
