Festa dei Maroni in Pranzo, Tenno

Pranzo, Tenno (TN)

For nearly 50 years, the Festa dei Maroni in Pranzo di Tenno has celebrated local chestnuts (maroni) and regional products. This event offers unique gastronomic specialties like potato gnocchi with 'carne salada' (cured beef) strips, a traditional dish of cured beef with beans and cabbage, and the 2026 novelty: 'spiedo bresciano' (Brescia-style spit roast) with polenta. The festival also features family-friendly activities, Krav Maga demonstrations, tug-of-war, children's workshops, and cultural performances, creating a rich and convivial program steeped in tradition.
