Experience the 5th edition of the Festa dei Frégnaquanti, a vibrant food and cultural festival celebrating Segni's traditional dish, the Frégnaquanti. Enjoy two days steeped in history, flavor, and local traditions, featuring a live cooking show with Michelin-starred Chef Andrea Pasqualucci, demonstrations of how the dish is prepared, a 'hands-on pasta' workshop for kids, a culinary 'Derby' competition between food stands, live music from the Walkmen and Rino Gaetano Revisited Band, and guided tours of the local archaeological heritage.

Join us for two days of festivities! On Saturday, September 19th, enjoy storytelling at 4:00 PM with Rossana Nardacci, a Frégnaquanti preparation demonstration at 5:30 PM, and a special show cooking event at 6:30 PM with Executive Chef Andrea Pasqualucci (Moma Roma). Food stands open at 7:30 PM, followed by an art happening at 9:00 PM and live music from the Walkmen (70s/80s/90s cover band) at 9:30 PM, with a DJ set by Lorenzo Tummulo and Oldboy at 11:30 PM. Sunday, September 20th, kicks off at 11:00 AM with a 'hands-on pasta' workshop for kids, followed by food stand openings at 1:00 PM. Don't miss the 'Corsa agli Maccaruni' race for kids at 4:00 PM, and the exciting 'Derby dei Frégnaquanti' culinary competition at 5:30 PM, judged by a panel of experts. The festival concludes with live music from the Rino Gaetano Revisited Band at 9:00 PM.
