Chiusdino is gearing up to celebrate the 23rd edition of the Festa dei Cinghialai, two evenings dedicated to traditional Tuscan cuisine. Visitors can savor wild game specialties, Maremma tortelli, grilled meats, polenta, and, of course, excellent wild boar dishes. Food stands open nightly from 7:30 PM, followed by live music entertainment.
Indulge in a rich menu featuring exquisite wild boar and deer ragù served with polenta, tortelli, or paccheri. Enjoy grilled meats from the 'Braciere,' hearty wild boar and deer stews, and traditional 'fegatelli.' Complement your meal with fresh side dishes and delightful desserts.
