Chiusdino is gearing up to celebrate the 23rd edition of the Festa dei Cinghialai, two evenings dedicated to traditional Tuscan cuisine. Visitors can savor wild game specialties, Maremman tortelli, grilled meats, polenta, and, of course, excellent wild boar dishes. Food stands open nightly from 7:30 PM, followed by live music entertainment.
Indulge in a rich menu featuring exquisite wild game dishes like deer tartare, hearty first courses such as polenta with wild boar or deer ragu, or tortelli and paccheri with wild boar or deer ragu, porcini mushrooms, provola cheese, and sausage. Main courses include a variety of grilled meats from the 'Braciere', slow-cooked wild boar and deer stews, and traditional 'fegatelli' (liver specialties), all complemented by delicious side dishes and desserts.
