Get ready for a packed schedule! The festival kicks off on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6th, at 10:00 AM with a conference on legality, sustainable tourism, and chestnuts. The official ribbon-cutting and inauguration of the 35th Festa d'Autunno "Sagra delle Castagne" happens at 5:30 PM in Piazza Federico Artuso, followed by the opening of food stands and a stroll through the gastronomic route. Enjoy music from the Banda Musicale Associazione Culturale "Amici della Musica" di San Donato di Ninea and a performance by the folkloristic group "I Gorgani" di Mottafollone. At 7:00 PM, the Associazione Teatrale "Astrolabio" presents "ARPAGONE," a brilliant comedy based on Molière's "The Miser." The evening continues with Zingari Felici in concert Live at 10:30 PM, and a DJ set at 12:30 AM. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7th, starts bright and early with food and wine stands opening at 9:00 AM. Don't miss the Associazione di Falconeria Sportiva Artiglio dell'Aquila. At 10:30 AM, there's an "Environment and Taste" ideas workshop and a Show Cooking session by the Istituto Alberghiero di Castrovillari (CS), along with music from Franco e Trinidad. From 4:30 PM, enjoy performances by Grupo Folk Miromagnum, Gruppo Ass. Culturale A Pide Ferme, Banda Battente di Serra Pedace, Gruppo Folkloristico "Coro del Pollino" di Morano Calabro, and the Otto Più Street Band. SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8th, also begins with food and wine stands opening at 9:00 AM, featuring the Associazione di Falconeria Sportiva Artiglio dell'Aquila, Gruppo Folkloristico "I Gorgani" di Mottafollone, and Banda Battente di Serra Pedace. At 12:30 PM, experience "Cucina ccu mia" by the Ragazze Sandonatesi, accompanied by a DJ set. Afternoon entertainment includes Gruppo Ass.
