For one month, across four weekends, discover four iconic pasta dishes: from pasta alla sorbolese with a show cooking by Damiano Carrara, to Tortél Dóls at the Reggia di Colorno, then Anolino Morbino in Mezzani, and tortello al Lambrusco in Torrile with chef Antonella Ricci. This is your chance to explore the culinary and wine excellence of the Bassa Est Parmense region.
Indulge in a delightful array of pasta dishes and desserts. Savor the unique Anolino Morbino and the rich Pasta alla sorbolese. Experience the distinctive Tortello al Lambrusco and the traditional Tortél Dóls. Plus, don't miss a brand new dessert created by the renowned pastry chef Damiano Carrara.
