The Cupramontana Wild Boar Hunters' Team invites you to the 6th Cinghialata at Parco Colle Elisa! This is your chance to savor delicious wild boar specialties and other traditional dishes, all perfectly paired with excellent Verdicchio wine from Cantina Sasso Divino. The event also features a briscola card tournament and lively DJ nights.
Indulge in a hearty menu featuring various wild boar preparations, including rich wild boar ragù served with fresh tagliatelle and slow-cooked wild boar stew. You'll also find other Italian favorites like polenta, duck ragù, grilled sausages, and steaks. For a quick bite, try the piadina with sausage and herbs. Don't forget to pair your meal with the local Verdicchio wine from Cantina Sasso Divino.
Join us for three days of festivities! On Friday, July 10th, food stands open at 7:30 PM, followed by a Briscola card tournament for 32 pairs. Saturday, July 11th, also kicks off at 7:30 PM with an evening of music featuring DJ Kolin and DJ Jvlig. On Sunday, July 12th, you can enjoy lunch in addition to dinner, with reservations recommended for midday dining.
