Get ready for the Artisan Chocolate Festival in Folgaria (TN), running from August 28-30, 2026! Stands will be open daily from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, featuring Italy's best master chocolatiers. Kids can join the Choco Baby workshop every day from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM for just €7 (no reservation needed). Don't miss the live Cooking Shows, where you'll learn how typical pralines are made, discover the secrets of the Sacher torte, and much more. On Saturday at 6:30 PM, witness an attempt to set a record with a 15-meter chocolate bar! For those who want to dive deeper, chocolate making courses are available on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for €30 (reservation required).
