The 16th edition of this traditional Tuscan country fair celebrates authentic rural cuisine, with a special focus on onions and "ocio" (goose). Enjoy genuine farm-to-table dishes served nightly from 7:30 PM, featuring local favorites like cannucciotti pasta with goose ragu, homemade gnocchi, stuffed pigeon, and ossobuco. Each evening brings live music and dancing, with special children's games on Saturday the 18th, and a traditional threshing demonstration in the farmyard on Sunday the 19th.

Saturday, July 18th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM offers games and scout activities for children, with live music continuing into the evening, culminating in dancing with Arianna Ghera at 9:30 PM. Sunday, July 19th at 4:00 PM, witness a miniature threshing demonstration in the farmyard, followed by dancing with Orchestra Twins Band at 9:30 PM.
