C'è Fermento 2026 returns to Saluzzo for its 16th edition, dedicated to the fascinating world of fermented products: beer, kombucha, cider, bread, cheeses, cured meats, and vinegar. Spend four days discovering passionate producers, their unique stories, and the territories they represent, all while enjoying tastings, workshops, and live music. This event offers a unique food and wine experience within the historic Ex Caserma Musso district.
Indulge in a wide array of fermented delights, from refreshing craft beers, kombucha, and cider to unique sake. Explore traditional Italian specialties like artisanal cheeses, freshly baked bread, and savory cured meats, all expertly paired with exquisite vinegars.
Join us for four days of fermentation fun! The festival kicks off on Thursday, June 18th, with an opening ceremony at 6:30 PM under the Ala di Ferro, followed by a lively performance by Bandaradan and a live podcast. Friday, June 19th, features a 'Fermenting Water' workshop (sold out) and an evening of music with Dama Duet, plus logic games. Saturday, June 20th, includes a 'The Italian Job' tasting tour, a presentation of Slow Food Editore's 'Guide to Italian Beers 2027,' and live music from Ucir & Springfield Louisiana Band. The festival concludes on Sunday, June 21st, with a 'Vinegar, This Unknown' workshop, another tasting tour, and live podcast sessions throughout the day. Most evening events run until midnight or 1 AM.
