Chestnuts are slow-roasted in large cauldrons and served steaming hot, accompanied by delicious desserts, local honey, and other typical mountain products. The festival also features folk music, artisan markets, and activities for children, offering an authentic experience for the whole family.
Indulge in a delightful menu centered around chestnuts, featuring caramelized chestnuts with butter curls, a refreshing cabbage salad with chestnuts and apples, and traditional black bread with lardo and chestnut honey.
