The 28th Edition of Bigoli, Schissoto and Vin S-ciaveto is more than just a festival; it's a sensory journey into ancient flavors. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to witness the traditional preparation of "bigoli," a typical Venetian pasta made with a special bigolaro machine. You'll also see the dough for schissoto, a traditional local focaccia bread, being prepared and baked in a wood-fired oven. To complete the experience, you can savor excellent vin s-ciaveto wine from the surrounding hills. The event takes place in a large covered marquee in Piazza Vittorio.
