Bad Staffelstein celebrates its ten breweries at the Bierbrauerfest during Mariä Himmelfahrt. In the town square, breweries offer local beer specialties and regional delicacies at their stands, ranging from hearty Franconian snacks to brewer's goulash. Franconian music from local bands and convivial gatherings create the perfect atmosphere. Starting in 2025, the festival will also host the election of the Bierkönigin and Bierkönig – a tradition celebrated every two years.
Indulge in a variety of local beer specialties, savor the rich Bierbrauer-Gulasch (brewer's goulash), and enjoy traditional Franconian Brotzeit, a delightful selection of local street food.
