Held at the Municipal Sports Center, you can savor a fabulous Bagna Cauda and join a scenic walk through the local landscapes and flavors. This event is part of a series of autumn celebrations enriching the Asti region.
Indulge in the star of the show: Bagna Cauda, available in its classic version or a garlic-free option, served with traditional 'cardi gobbi' thistles, a variety of raw and cooked vegetables, and delicate veal carpaccio. For younger guests, a special kids' menu includes cold cuts, small ravioli, dessert, and water. Other offerings include refreshing water, delightful desserts, and comforting ravioli in broth.
The festivities kick off on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 8:00 PM with a Bagna Cauda d'Autunno dinner in the heated halls of the Sports Center. Guests can also visit an exhibition area dedicated to the Valmontasca Whale. On Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM, gather at the Municipal Sports Center for 'Quattro Passi per Vigliano' (Four Steps for Vigliano). The 8 km scenic walk through the vibrant autumn colors and flavors of the region begins at 9:30 AM. Conclude the weekend with a Bagna Cauda d'Autunno lunch on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 12:30 PM in the heated hall of the Municipal Sports Center.
