Baffo DiVino is the second edition of a food and wine festival in Monterubiaglio that celebrates "baffo," a local term for guanciale (cured pork jowl). This delicious ingredient is the star of the menu, featured in specialties like mezze maniche alla carbonara and all'amatriciana, fried bread with cannellini beans (fagioli all'uccelletto), and the unique Baffo all'Orvietana. The event also offers a rich musical program with two stages, "In Piazza" and "Al Poggio," hosting bands and DJs for all tastes.
