This highly anticipated autumn event, celebrating food culture for forty years, draws visitors not only from Imola but from the entire surrounding region. This year's theme, "Encounters: Italian Cuisine Without Borders," invites you to explore the endless variations of Italian cooking. It's a cuisine truly "without borders," a melting pot of diverse influences, knowledge, flavors, and traditions that have blended to create something uniquely Italian. At Baccanale, you'll discover and appreciate different nuances of taste, gastronomy, and the pleasures of the table each year. All of this is expertly seasoned with entertainment, shows, and events that transform Imola and its surroundings into a grand stage for three weeks.
