The event kicks off on September 10th at 9:30 AM with a conference titled "Autunno in Barbagia a trent'anni dalla prima edizione: Riflessioni sul passato e prospettive per il futuro" at Hotel Su Gologone. Later that day at 5:00 PM, join the inauguration of art exhibitions including "A manu tenta giro" (traditional skirts), "Profumo di mandorle" (artistic sweets), and "Via Crucis" (artworks). September 11th at 4:00 PM marks the official opening of the Cortes and exhibitions in the historic center. At 6:00 PM in Piazza Aldo Moro, experience the "Benevègnios agli amici di Oliana" with the presentation of the giant Lussugliu, Sardana, and traditional Sardinian dances. Conclude the evening at 10:00 PM with "Serenada a sos Isposos," a representation of a traditional Olianese wedding, starting from Piazza Santa Croce. On September 12th at 10:00 AM, explore various exhibitions, workshops, and demonstrations of ancient crafts, including bread and pasta making, grape pressing, cheese production, leather and wood working, and traditional embroidery.
