The Autunno Bazzanese offers a rich calendar of events dedicated to culture, food and wine, and entertainment for all ages, with food stalls, concerts, puppet shows, and themed evenings. It's a perfect opportunity to experience the magic of late summer amidst delightful aromas, music, and laughter.
Indulge in a wide array of culinary delights, from traditional grilled dishes and hearty lasagna to the unique flavors of Trentino and Bosnian specialties. Don't miss the local 'borlenghi', 'crescentine', and 'tigelle' – authentic regional breads and snacks. For a taste of international flair, paella is also on the menu, all perfectly paired with local beers.
The Autunno Bazzanese kicks off on Friday, September 11, with a book presentation by Paolo Ricci at 6:00 PM on Via Termanini, followed by the grand opening of the festival and the Future Festival music evening at 7:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi. Saturday, September 12, features the inauguration of a new outdoor structure at Centro R. Cassanelli at 11:00 AM, with a reception at 12:00 PM. In Piazza Garibaldi, food stalls open at 7:00 PM, leading up to the ABBA MON AMOUR Tribute Band Show at 9:00 PM. Sunday, September 13, starts with a celebration of Virgo Fidelis and a commemoration at the Parish Church. Outdoor activities include the 5th Biciclettata along the Samoggia riverbanks at 9:15 AM and the 2nd Passeggiata on the ridges between Bazzano and Monteveglio at 9:45 AM. Food stalls open at 12:00 PM, with a special Paella lunch (reservations recommended) and Virgo Fidelis lunch at 12:30 PM. The Villaggio della Legalità opens at 5:00 PM with vehicle displays, followed by a round table discussion at 6:30 PM, and a Carabinieri Fanfare Concert at 8:30 PM. Monday, September 14, offers a children's used market at 6:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi. Food stalls open at 7:00 PM with a family-friendly menu, rides, inflatables, and face painting. A puppet show, 'Fagiolino e il terribile Cavalier Sbragafegati', entertains at 9:00 PM. Tuesday, September 15, features food stalls opening at 7:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi, followed by the 'NOSTRA BOLOGNA DELLE ACQUE' show with Fabio Federici and Felsina Band at 8:45 PM. Wednesday, September 16, brings the traditional Polentata in Piazza with table service (reservations recommended: 351 7019112) at 8:00 PM, and a music evening with group dances and Latin Dance with DJ Berta & Claudia at 9:00 PM. Friday, September 18, sees the opening of the September Fest food stall (featuring typical Trentino dishes) at 7:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi, followed by a DISCO NIGHT with music from the 70s to 2000s by Stream On live at 9:00 PM. Saturday, September 19, begins with a volunteer clean-up along the Samoggia river at 9:00 AM, followed by a lunch for ecological volunteers at 12:30 PM and an environmental protection debate at 1:30 PM. The ValsaPride arrives in Piazza at 5:00 PM (departing Monteveglio at 4:00 PM). The September Fest food stall opens at 7:00 PM, and a Drag Queen Show cabaret performance takes the stage at 9:00 PM. Sunday, September 20, offers markets, association spaces, and a vintage market from 9:00 AM onwards in Piazza Garibaldi. A vintage car exhibition starts at 10:00 AM. Food stalls from Proloco Bazzano and Borlengai open at 11:00 AM and continue until evening, with 50s music and dance schools at 5:00 PM.
