Get ready for a wild ride with Articolo Trentino! This isn't just a band; it's a collection of characters straight out of a movie. Pietro “la roccia” Cappelletti, the bassist, is considered one of the top 100 bassists in Mattarello, a former drag queen who found salvation from a life-altering surgery by rejoining the band. He lives on malt and hops, yet somehow seems the most normal. Sergio “nonno” Tessadri, on keyboards, is the group's 'elder statesman,' who once played for Chopin before his ragtime phase. He lives in a retirement home for artists, trading adult magazines for unfiltered cigarettes, and often ends up hundreds of miles from the gig, sleeping under bridges and hitchhiking home. Renato “Ghedda” Labalestra, the guitarist, is the alternative one, joining after placing an ad in a truck stop bathroom. He dresses in recycled clothes, pretending to be an Iraqi refugee, but is actually a former tomato picker from Tavoliere delle Puglie who came to Trento seeking fortune and found this band instead. Max “salamandra” Vit, the drummer, is the newest member, discovered after years of rhythmic hoeing in his uncle's garden and later as a sheet metal worker. He's an interregional indoor twerking champion who enjoys the company of older men for a Peroni. Paolo “manolesta” Mairer, another guitarist, is the virtuoso who even sleeps with his guitar, fathering two 'children' named Paul and Les. A veteran of TheRoldeg Stones, he's been stuck with this 'anomalous family' for twenty years and can't escape. Finally, Roberto “brodegon” Laino, the singer, is to blame for starting it all but refuses responsibility – and can't even sing! He often wakes up in strangers' homes, empties their fridge, uses the bathroom without flushing, and flees, often claiming semi-mental incapacity. His children have even asked to change their last name. This is a band you won't forget!
