Get ready for a wild ride with Articolo Trentino, a band whose members are as eccentric as their music! Pietro “la roccia” Cappelletti, the bassist, is considered one of the top 100 bassists in all of Mattarello, a former drag queen who found salvation from a life-altering surgery by rejoining the band. He subsists solely on malt and hops, yet somehow seems the most normal of the bunch—he's not. Sergio “nonno” Tessadri, on keyboards, is the group's 'elder statesman,' having played for Chopin before his ragtime pivot. He lives in a retirement home for artists, trading adult newspapers for unfiltered cigarettes, and often ends up hundreds of miles from the concert venue, sleeping under bridges and hitchhiking home. For him, every show could be his last. Renato “Ghedda” Labalestra, the guitarist, is the group's alternative spirit, joining after placing an ad in a truck stop bathroom. He dresses in recycled clothes, pretending to be an Iraqi refugee, but is actually a former tomato picker from Puglia who came to Trento seeking fortune and found this band instead. Max “salamandra” Vit, the new drummer, is highly sought after. He discovered rhythm while hoeing in his uncle's garden and later as a sheet metal worker. An interregional indoor twerking champion, he's not above accompanying older men for a Peroni. Paolo “manolesta” Mairer, another guitarist, is the virtuoso who even sleeps with his guitar, fathering two 'children': Paul and Les. A former guitarist for TheRoldeg Stones, he's been stuck with this 'anomalous family' for twenty years and can't quit. Roberto “brodegon” Laino, the singer, is to blame for starting this group but refuses to take responsibility—and he can't even sing! He often wakes up in strangers' homes, empties their fridge, uses the bathroom without flushing, and flees, often claiming semi-mental incapacity.
