Pietro “la roccia” Cappelletti, the bassist, is considered one of the top 100 bassists in all of Mattarello, a former drag queen who returned to music to avoid a life-altering surgery. He lives on malt and hops, yet somehow seems the most normal. Sergio “nonno” Tessadri, on keyboards, is the group's 'elder statesman,' who once played for Chopin and now lives in a retirement home, trading adult magazines for unfiltered cigarettes. He often gets lost on the way to gigs, sleeping under bridges and hitchhiking home. Renato “Ghedda” Labalestra, the guitarist, joined after placing an ad in a truck stop bathroom. He dresses in recycled clothes, pretending to be an Iraqi refugee, but is actually a former tomato picker from Tavoliere delle Puglie who came to Trento seeking fortune and found this band instead. Max “salamandra” Vit, the new drummer, honed his rhythm by years of gardening and metalworking. He's an interregional indoor twerking champion and isn't above charming older men for a Peroni. Paolo “manolesta” Mairer, another guitarist, is the virtuoso who even sleeps with his guitar, fathering two 'children' named Paul and Les. A veteran of TheRoldeg Stones, he's been stuck with this 'anomalous family' for twenty years and can't escape. Finally, Roberto “brodegon” Laino, the singer, is to blame for starting it all, despite not being able to sing. He frequently wakes up in strangers' homes, empties their fridges, and flees, often claiming temporary insanity. His children have even considered changing their last name.
