The 22nd edition of Ardesio DiVino, a food and wine exhibition, transforms the historic center of Ardesio into a journey through Italy's finest wines, cured meats, cheeses, and desserts. The 2026 edition pays homage to Pellegrino Artusi, featuring tastings, cooking workshops, and convivial dinners that celebrate Italian cuisine as a cultural and identity heritage.
Join us for a delightful program of events! On July 31st at 8:45 PM, experience a 'Cena DiVina' (Divine Dinner) with Ardesio chefs Gilles, Alberto, and Davide, featuring Pellegrino Artusi recipes at Albergo Ristorante Da Giorgio (reservations required). The main exhibition and market in the historic center, with stands and tastings of wines, cured meats, cheeses, and desserts, runs from August 1st to 2nd. On August 1st at 3:30 PM, enjoy a guided tasting, the 'Seminario Luigi Veronelli,' led by Andrea Alpi in the sala consiliare Piazza Monte Grappa (reservations required). Later that day, at 4:30 PM, participate in a free cooking workshop, 'Laboratorio gratuito di cucina Mariette di Casa Artusi,' at Parco Alpini Casa Museo. At 7:30 PM, savor a 'Cena Popolare delle mamme di Ardesio' (Popular Dinner by Ardesio Moms) with recipes inspired by Pellegrino Artusi at piazzale Poste. The 'Laboratorio Mariette' continues on August 2nd at 10:30 AM, with the market exhibition running until 8:00 PM.
