The Antica Sagra dei Rofioi celebrates Sanguinetto's signature sweet pastry, the 'Rofioi,' handcrafted with generations of tradition. This lively event offers a rich program including food stalls, evening concerts, and a vintage car and motorcycle rally. Visitors can also enjoy guided tours of the historic Castello and the former S. Maria delle Grazie Convent.
Indulge in a delightful array of Italian comfort food, from hearty lasagna with duck and pumpkin ravioli to savory risotto col tastasal. Meat lovers can enjoy grilled costata with fries, mixed fried specialties, or polenta with duck. Don't miss the traditional beans with onion and, of course, the star of the show: the sweet Rofioi pastry, a true local delicacy.
