The Antica Sagra di Lissaro in Mestrino is an unmissable late-August folk festival celebrating Paduan traditions with music and theater. From August 28th to September 2nd, each evening features different artists: from folk dances to country line dancing, Italian rock, and even cartoon theme songs. The famous Lissaro fritters set a family-friendly atmosphere, complete with a food stand, a San Francesco exhibition in the church, family entertainment, and a youth area with live music every night.

The festival runs daily from August 28th to September 2nd, with the food stand and Lissaro fritters kiosk open every evening from 7:00 PM. Daily activities include a San Francesco exhibition in the Church (9:30 PM), a youth area with entertainment, live music, and a 'baitina' (small hut), a used book market, a charity raffle, and a fun park.
