Five evenings of dancing and delicious food dedicated to Piedmontese specialties, from August 6th to 10th. Each night features live music accompanied by typical dishes: agnolotto piemontese, paniscia, pork shank, bolliti misti (mixed boiled meats), and equine stew. The event takes place in a large tent structure, opening at 8:00 PM. Reservations are recommended.

Explore local cured meats such as fidighin and salame della duja, alongside a selection of regional cheeses. For main courses, enjoy grilled pork shank, the unique bolliti misti, or the rich equine stew. Other options include grilled pork belly (porchetta), calamari, beef steak, and chicken breast. Complement your meal with fresh salads, crispy fries, and a delightful dessert.

In addition to the nightly specials, a full menu including gnocchi, salame della duja, fidighin, grilled sausages, porchetta, calamari, beef steak, chicken breast, fries, salad, cheeses, and dessert will be available every evening.
