This festival celebrates Cjapût, a rare local cabbage that has become a Slow Food Presidium. This unique cabbage was brought back to life in Collina thanks to Ciro Toch. The festival features a Slow Food market where you can buy this special cabbage, food and wine kiosks offering traditional dishes and local wines, artisan craft stalls, and live music from the PLODAR KRYNER band.
