The Sagra del Crin returns to Lesegno for a weekend dedicated to rural culture, pork specialties, and the finest local gastronomy. The village comes alive with street food, traditional products, artisans, workshops, shows, and music. Meanwhile, the Castello Park hosts Crinitaly, a special area showcasing exquisite food and wine. New for 2026 is a partnership with Norcia, bringing its renowned black truffles, cured meats, and products from the Valnerina region. Indulge in a delightful array of local flavors, from sweet treats like Cupeta and apple fritters to savory delights such as Crignoli (ravioli filled with Balüva) and the unique Balüva itself. Savor traditional Lela poor bread, a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, and hearty main courses including roasted suckling pig with potatoes, Pulled Pork, and the special Pulled Roll Crin.
