The festival kicks off on **Friday, July 24th** with food stands opening at 7:30 PM, featuring sea salad and stewed cuttlefish, followed by a Vasco Rossi Tribute Band concert at 10:00 PM. **Saturday, July 25th** offers sliced beef at the food stands from 7:30 PM, with the AdbaShow: The First Italian ABBA Tribute Band taking the stage at 10:00 PM. **Sunday, July 26th** starts with the Camminata Alpagota and a Motogiro at 8:30 AM, food stands open at 12:00 PM with spit-roasted meats, and DJ Matt provides 360° music entertainment. **Friday, July 31st** brings sea bass with potatoes to the food stands at 7:30 PM, and Demoni Italiani performs at 10:00 PM. On **Saturday, August 1st**, experience an Off Road SUV and 4x4 tour on a dedicated track at 4:00 PM, followed by rib steak at the food stands from 7:30 PM, and a PoohroRock: POOH Tribute Band concert at 10:00 PM. **Sunday, August 2nd** is a day of culinary competition with the 3ª Gara di Spiedo (spit-roast competition) at 5:30 AM and the 1ª Gara della Polenta (polenta competition) at 9:00 AM.
