The 3rd Festa delle Specialità Friulane in Caneva celebrates the authentic flavors of Friuli. The first evening is dedicated to 'Frico Friabile della Carnia' and 'Gnocchi al Figo Moro', accompanied by live music. The second evening offers a 'Gran Fritto Misto' of fresh seafood from Marano Lagunare, with an aperitif featuring raw fasolari and sparkling wine. Both evenings include solstice sky observation.
Indulge in a culinary journey with 'Frico Friabile della Carnia', a crispy cheese delight, and 'Gnocchi al Figo Moro', a unique gnocchi dish prepared by Pro Stevenà. Seafood lovers will savor the 'Gran Fritto Misto', a generous portion of fresh prawns, calamari, and sardines from Marano Lagunare. Start your evening with an aperitif of raw fasolari and sparkling wine, all perfectly paired with fine wines from the ROI-CLAR winery in Manzano (UD).

All dishes will be accompanied by wines from the ROI-CLAR winery in Manzano (UD). Please note: In case of bad weather, the event will be canceled.
