Formai dal Mont returns to Val di Non with its traditional Mountain Cheese Review, celebrating the dairy products of Val di Non, Val di Sole, and the Paganella Plateau. This three-day event is your chance to explore mountain agriculture and the authentic flavors of the alpine pastures. Discover fresh and aged cheeses, cow and goat milk products, meet local producers, enjoy tastings, and participate in activities dedicated to cheesemaking. The festival takes place in Rallo and the picturesque setting of Castel Valer, featuring a market with local products, Trentino gastronomy, and activities for all ages.
Indulge in the authentic flavors of Trentino with a selection of local wines, artisanal jams, and exquisite mountain cheeses (Formaggi di malga). Don't miss the chance to taste local honey and other typical products that showcase the region's rich culinary heritage.
